Job Description

We are looking for a Scrum Master with the following responsibilities: ● Managing the Scrum process in Agile methodology. ● Organizing and facilitating the sprint planning meeting. ● Arranging retrospective, review, and daily stand-up meetings. ● Assisting product managers to make the product backlogs in a good shape and make them ready for the next sprint. ● Facilitating internal communication and effective collaboration. ● Solving conflicts and removing obstacles. ● Ensuring deliverables are up to quality standards after each sprint. ● Guiding the team on how to get the most of out self-organization.

Requirements

● 2 years of experience in a similar position. ● Jira Atlassian: Intermediate. ● English: Upper-Intermediate. ● At least 1 year of experience in a scrum master role. ● Good Knowledge of agile methodology and its frameworks. ● Expert in coaching team to follow agile. ● Strong communication skills. ● Familiar with software development processes and procedures to understand the team's needs. ● Good knowledge of Agile techniques such as the definition of done, user stories, velocity, backlog tracking, backlog refinement. ● Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.
