Job Description

Lead and oversee the execution and continuous improvement of the unit’s internal methodology.
Ensure workflow transparency and operational stability.
Proactively follow up on tasks, bottlenecks, and blocked items until resolution.
Facilitate daily and coordination meetings effectively.
Monitor and act upon performance indicators (Lead Time, TTM, Throughput, etc.).
Ensure accurate and timely worklog registration in alignment with company policies.
Strengthen alignment between development, account, and other related teams.
Review deliverables before client submission to ensure readiness and quality.
Support capacity awareness and team availability coordination.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in software development environments.
Hands-on experience with Agile frameworks (preferably Kanban, XP, Lean, or hybrid models).
Proven experience in workflow optimization and bottleneck reduction.
Ability to operate effectively in high-volume, fast-changing environments.
Strong follow-up and execution discipline.
Proficiency with task management tools such as Jira or similar.
Strong interpersonal and cross-functional communication skills.
