Job Description

● Maintain the technical expertise and product knowledge necessary to make sales. ● Achieve sales quotas within a protected territory. ● Identify target customers. ● Identify key decision makers. ● Have meetings with potential clients to analyze their needs and present appropriate solutions. ● Negotiate sales contracts. ● Prepare reports of business transactions. ● Resolve unique customer issues. ● Prepare presentations, proposals, and sales contracts. ● Make calls as required to collect receivables. ● Write up promotional material. ● Maintain professional relationships with work colleagues and customers. ● Prepare sales quotations and proposals. ● Follow up on all leads produced by phone calls, emails, or walk-ins. ● Establish centers of influence with local businesses creating a referral system. ● Follow up on sales to ensure customer satisfaction reducing charge-back rates. ● Increased customer service interactions with walk-in business. ● Attend formal training on the products in order to give thorough presentations. ● Increase productivity by reaching sales goals in minimal time, saving the company's costs.

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Economics, or other related fields; Civil Engineering is an advantage ● At least 3 years of experience in sales. ● Fluent in sales techniques.
