-Arranging for the distribution of products to dealers in a timely manner
-Developing and conducting strategies to increase sales and market share within allocated area
-Analyzing sales vacuums and further potentials to be tackled within our dealers
-Assessing further channels of sales outside our current sales network
-Following up payments from dealers in a timely manner
-Advance planning for the various required activities, be it production of numerous marketing items, distribution of these marketing items, processing orders and invoices
-Constantly compare us with competitors and conduct corrective action
-Liaising / reporting, with/to finance department
Requirements
-Minimum sales experience of 5 years
-Sales born and being a natural seller
-Precise personality
-Ability to speak to traditional bike dealers and fine tune to their mentality and culture
-Punctuality and time management: Someone who doesn’t need to be followed up by senior managers and instead can report before a follow up comes due
-Someone thinking outside the box
-Someone with 360 degree vision, analysing all aspects before committing to a decision
-Familiar with accounting softwares for invoicing and creating reports
-Ability to solve problems independently through common sense
-Ability to manage and oversea a wide spectrum of activities and challenges
-High level of efficiency in conducting tasks and minimizing turn around time
