Job Description

As a sales specialist in Sazito, you will listen to the customer's needs and try to find and present the best solution possible to match their problems. As a B2B-oriented business, we are trying our best to have a close relationship with our customers, and you will be working at the front line. You need to be always updated with the newest technical solutions and tools to meet the customers' needs and match their problems with the best possible solution.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify target individuals and organizations as well as their needs and scale of opportunities.
  • Liaise between customers, the market, and the company's technical, product, and business teams to identify and present the best solutions possible.
  • Keep yourself updated with the newest technical solutions, tools, and knowledge in video communications solutions.
  • Help identify and match the appropriate solutions to meet customer specifications.
  • Follow up and maintain a close and effective relationship with new as well as existing customers.

Requirements

  • Successful previous experience as a sales representative consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • At least 1 to 2 years of experience in gathering and contacting B2B leads; at least 1 to 2 years of experience in sales (experience in technical businesses is a bonus).
  • Familiar with video communications services and technical solutions in the video communications industry.
