Job Description

  • Create a strong and long relationship with customers, providing services, information, and necessary guidance.
  • Gather feedback from potential customers and share it with the sales team.
  • Manage contracts from beginning to end.
  • Diagnose the needs of customers in the fields related to the company's activities and provide solutions to them.
  • Negotiate in order to enter into a service contract within the framework of the existing catalogs in the organization.
  • Monitor the company's interests and identify revenues.

Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Management, or MBA graduate.
  • At least three years of relevant work experience.
  • Familiar with banking, payment, insurance, health, and tourism markets.
  • Familiarity with artificial intelligence technology is an advantage.
  • Legal analysis ability, general understanding of legal issues of sales and support contracts.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
  • High negotiation ability.
  • Ability to present various reports in a limited time.
  • Proficient in targeting based on the SMART model.
