Create a strong and long relationship with customers, providing services, information, and necessary guidance.
Gather feedback from potential customers and share it with the sales team.
Manage contracts from beginning to end.
Diagnose the needs of customers in the fields related to the company's activities and provide solutions to them.
Negotiate in order to enter into a service contract within the framework of the existing catalogs in the organization.
Monitor the company's interests and identify revenues.
Requirements
At least a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Management, or MBA graduate.
At least three years of relevant work experience.
Familiar with banking, payment, insurance, health, and tourism markets.
Familiarity with artificial intelligence technology is an advantage.
Legal analysis ability, general understanding of legal issues of sales and support contracts.
Ability to communicate effectively.
High negotiation ability.
Ability to present various reports in a limited time.
