Airport Services Employee (Sales Expert):

  • Answer incoming calls from customers and provide information about the organization's services.
  • Make outgoing calls to follow up with customers if needed.
  • Manage and maintain customer databases and call logs.
  • B2C reservation and ticketing.
  • IKA airport check-in and boarding if required by the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering fields, Mathematics, Finance, or related IT fields.
  • Ideal age range: 23 to 30 years old.
  • Great communication skills and ability to explain complex matters.
  • Fluency in English (both written and oral).
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft skills.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult situations calmly and professionally.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Flexibility to work different shifts and weekends if required by the organization.
  • Basic knowledge of the aviation industry is a priority.
