Job Description

Sales forecasting based on data analysis, market trends, and historical sales performance
Planning and managing order placement with factories or suppliers
Analyzing sales performance and preparing management reports
Determining optimal inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock
Designing sales routes (Route Planning) and optimizing field visits
Monitoring and assessing customer preferences to guide sales direction
Supporting pricing programs and discount rate strategies
Recommending key sales performance indicators across different channels and establishing mechanisms to monitor them
Coordinating among key departments (Production, Procurement, Warehouse & Logistics, Finance, IT, Marketing)
Planning to improve sales systems and processes
Developing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and conducting gap analyses
