
Job Description
• Understand fully internal sales system and procedure and develop weekly/ monthly visit plan in consultation with Area Manager. • Maintain / update product and competition knowledge and builds and maintains good relationships with trade personnel. • Identify customers and manage sales promotion of assigned products to the target doctors in line with company strategy. • Implement ongoing targeting and profiling of customers. • Report any relevant information to area manager and get familiar with company procedures and best practices. • Any other tasks as assigned depending on the need and maintain consistency with company values in all public relations.
Requirements
• Education: Having the university degree of Medical, Pharmacy or related field. • Experience and Knowledge: Not necessary but 1 year experience in a similar job is preferred. • Core Competencies: Sense of human relations, capability to work in a team, independence and initiative task orientation, technical knowledge, hard working and integrity, communication and negotiation effectiveness • Good knowledge of computer skills (Excel is must)
