Campaign Planning: Plan and coordinate promotional campaigns to be featured on the homepage and special offers.
Promotional Messaging: Craft persuasive and consistent messaging to drive interest and engagement with featured products and promotions.
Team Leadership: Lead and motivate team to achieve sales targets, providing guidance, training, and support.
Sales Reporting: Monitor and analyze sales performance, preparing regular reports and presenting findings to senior management.
Conversion Rate Analysis: Analyze conversion rates, identify bottlenecks, and develop strategies to optimize conversion funnels. Manage and optimize digital assets such as the Home Page, landing pages, website calls-to-action (CTAs), and other related media. Continually look for improvements through A/B testing reviewing the performance of CTAs.
Industry Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities in the health and beauty sector.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mathematics, Business Administration, or related fields.
5 years of managerial experience in marketing or sales.
Experience in management may be advantageous.
Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
Knowledge of data analysis and reporting.
Ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.
