● Design and advance the company's sales strategies.
● Development of sales network and management of agents' affairs.
● Establish organizational communications for B2B sales.
● Determine the program, goals, and indicators of the sales department.
● Provide analytical reports to managing director.
● Cooperation and interaction with other departments of the organization to achieve the intended goals.
● Close interaction with the market development team to plan and accomplish the goals of the organization and promote sales.
● Attend in specialized committees.
Requirements
● At least four years of working experience in FCP companies or internet service providers.
● Preferably have Master's degree in MBA or Marketing Management.
● Mastering the processes and activities of FCP companies.
● Full knowledge of FCP and Servco ecosystems.
● Ability to create the organizational communications.
● Experience in planning and implementing organizational strategies and policies.
● Mastering the principles and methods of sales.
