Job Description

● Prospect new customers and follow up closely with suppliers and customers to meet their demand. ● Draw out market trends from market experience and ongoing demands and match new products or new suppliers accordingly. ● Manage other salespeople working in different sectors. ● Report to the board frequently.

Requirements

● At least 5 years of experience in sales. ● Have worked in the chemical raw material industry (paint, coating, pigment, adhesives, additives, resins). ● Experience to manage sales team(s). ● Familiarity with trade terms and processes, especially importation. ● Full proficiency in English. ● Experience in managing accountants, warehouse and banking administration is a plus. ● A degree in Chemistry is a huge advantage. ● Master's degree in MBA is highly appreciated.
