Job Description

--Objective of the role: Attract specialized and elite forces. Development of domestic and foreign markets and increasing market share. -Growth of export share in sales. -Review marketing strategies.. List of responsibilities: - Analyzing the approved programs and sales policies and reviewing and determining the necessary facilities for the implementation of the presented programs. - Ensuring the preparation and compilation of systems, executive methods and appropriate instructions and regulations in relation to marketing and sales. - Ensuring the study of the drug market and selecting the target market and recognizing and determining the size of the market, market capacity, potential market, actual market and the company's share of the total market To develop the market. - Supervising and participating in negotiations with drug distribution companies on the terms of the contract of sale and providing the necessary information on how and when to deliver the requested product. - Supervising and participating in the preparation and arrangement of sales contracts with drug distribution companies in accordance with the approved instructions. - Analyzing the results of the implementation of programs in order to ensure the progress of affairs according to the program and eliminate possible inadequacies and problems. - Ensuring contact and communication with broadcasting companies to receive the company's claims based on inter-contractual agreements, including the claims of current and arrears contracts and the necessary follow-up in this regard. - Supervising the preparation of advertising brochures, catalogs and advertising designs and sending them to all drug distribution companies. - Participating in related domestic and foreign exhibitions for the purpose of advertising, marketing and marketing of the company's products. - Ensuring the observance of sales instructions and regulations in order to sell manufactured products in accordance with the policies and guidelines set. - Participating in holding briefings on introducing the company's new products and coordinating with distribution companies. - Analyze, study in relation to the workflow system of the marketing and sales unit and provide corrective suggestions to improve and advance the activities.. Reporting to: managing director and deputy minister of finance and economy.. Subordinates: Subordinates. Length of Probation Period: 3 Month. Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday 07am- 04pm.. Requirements

-University Qualifications: BSc in business management. -Other certifications obtained: iso 9001, familiarity with model of organizational excellence(EFQM 2013).. -Nature and length of previous experience: 2 years experience as sales manager in a pharmaceutical company or 5 years experience as head of sales in a pharmaceutical company. . -Specialist knowledge: Financial analysis, elastic search, being expert in windows and office tools and familiarity with rahkaran system software.. Soft Skills and Personality traits: strong planning skills, good time management, with the ability to work under pressure, maintain accuracy and keep to deadlines, excellent communication skills, the -Ability to lead and motivate a team, leadership and adaptability..
