Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare sales and distribution strategies, plans, and budgets and approve budget expenditures.
- Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs.
- Determine price schedules and discount rates.
- Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability.
- Monitor customer preferences, competitors' sales channels and market dynamics to determine focus of sales efforts.
- Direct, coordinate, and review activities in sales and record-keeping, and in receiving and shipping operations.
- Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and services.
- Implementation and control of trade marketing activities align with marketing and sales strategies and brand.
- Optimizes the operational performance of the sales team, in line with the marketing strategy, objective and related marketing plan.
- Responsible for the implementation of processes, procedures and organization within the division.
