Job Description

1. Plan, organize and manage all sales activities. 2. Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products 3. Attending relevant trade exhibitions 6. Manage the sale team including day to day management, set up weekly sales meeting, motivation the team to get to their goals 7. Build and promote strong, long-term distribution relationships with B2B partners 8. Track business performance and timely progress reports to management 9. Offer product knowledge and technical expertise to increase customer demands 10. Analyze sales statistics

Requirements

• Good knowledge of desktop computer software market and desktop/mobile consumer electronics • Ability to communicate, demonstrate and influence target customers • High energy, results oriented achiever • Accepts accountability and expects accountability • Excellent interpersonal skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills • Outstanding organizational and time management skills • At least 5 years professional experience in related field
