The main objective of this role is to drive profitable growth and development of Building Adhesives Business in Iran under one of our global brands.
Main Responsibilities:
• Identifying and building business opportunities, accomplish/close business cases and projects
• Establishing and developing distribution network and national presence
• Building and leading sales team
• Developing business plans with country management and drive the execution
• Cooperating closely with marketing department and actively develop portfolio
• Implementing specific action plans and supporting business strategy
• Establishing strong product presence and brand visibility
Requirements
- University Qualifications:
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in business management
• MBA would be considered as an advantage
- Previous Experience:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales department
- Other Skills:
• Strong experience in business development
• Demonstrated success of driving profitable business growth
• Effective communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Strong People Management skills
• Well organized, with a strong sense of urgency and able to set, communicate and reach ambitious business targets
• Independent, self-driven and hands on person
