• Penetrate in market and DISTRIBUTE Company products, recognize and working with beauty shops, distributors and beauty salons ALL OVER Iran.
• Having good EXPERIENCE how TO ACT to increase sales.
•Develops own relationships with key customers to augment selling effort and negotiates contracts with customers.
• Manage all sales and ensure compliance to all procedures of organization.
•Provides visible leadership of the sales team, working in the field with all levels of sales personnel and customers.
• Be responsible for the maximizing sales and gross margin of the business in line with objectives and budget.

Requirements
-Having good experience in make up & hair colors and hair care products in the market.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales of cosmetics products and special & STRONG COMMUNICATIONS with beauty shops, distributors and beauty salons ALL OVER Iran.
- Willing to take full responsibility and to work under pressure.
- Good communication, presentation ,negotiation, marketing and Analytics skills.
- Computer knowledge: windows, Microsoft office, (word, Excel, power point, outlook)
- Age: 30- 45
