Shaya Teb Iranian is looking for a driven, ambitious and hungry sales manager who is looking to exceed all expectations. You will be expected to hit the ground running, developing and building rapport with your own/company's network of contacts in order to grow the business within the company.
Your aim will be to grow and develop the sales team in an industry leading department, backed up by a pro-active marketing support service already in place within the business.
You will be contacting and meeting with the manager to promote the companies services, negotiate and close contracts by way of a very professional consultative approach.

• Decision on attending local and international congress
• Planning for educational classes within and outside of hospitals
• Analyze of sales reports
• Monitor contact lists management
• Monitor marketing activities
• Manage business review meetings
• Work with advertising or promotion focal points
• Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service
• Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs
• Providing regular weekly, monthly and quarterly report to CEO
• Development and Implementation of support materials, promotional tools
• Creating and following any potential leads
• Developing the sales strategy and setting sales targets
• Selling to a variety of sectors both over the phone and face to face
• Developing target growth and maintaining relationships with existing clients

Requirements
• Age limit is between 26-45
• Education required preferably medical equipment or MBA
• To identify, monitor and deliver agreed sales targets and budgets
• Experience in training of team members would be beneficial
• Proven sales/customer facing experience (6 years) within the provision of a sales/medical equipment environment (General Surgery/Respiratory/Anesthesia and ICU)
• Motivated with an excellent record in sales
• Enthusiastic and outgoing
• Having a good knowledge of the medical equipment industry
• Microsoft Office including Excel and Word skills
• Excellent inter-personal and presentation skills
• Organized and analytical, able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches
• Fluent in English
