Sales Manager

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced sales manager to lead the sales team and improve sales performance in an immigration company.

Duties:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals.
• Lead and motivate the sales team to increase productivity.
• Establish and strengthen effective relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
• Negotiate and close sales contracts with new and existing customers.
• Analyze market trends and identify new sales opportunities.
• Report to senior management on sales performance and suggestions for improvement.
