Sales Manager

Job Description

A company active in manufacturing roofing sheets and ceiling panels is looking for an individual with the following abilities to be a sales manager.

Duties:

• Develop and implement sales strategies by the company's goals.
• Manage the sales team, set goals, and monitor their performance.
• Develop new markets and increase market share in target areas.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective advertising campaigns.
• Monitor market trends, analyze competitors, and provide analytical reports to management.
• Continuous communication with key customers and increasing their satisfaction.
• Participate in developing pricing policies and contract terms.
• Train and improve the level of capability of the sales team.

Requirements:

• At least a Bachelor's degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, Marketing or related fields.
• At least 5 years of industrial sales experience, preferably in the construction or new materials industries.
• Experience managing a sales team and familiarity with the principles of leadership and team motivation.
• Familiarity with sales and reporting software.
• High skills in sales data analysis and report writing.
