Requirements
University degree in Engineering or Economic and Adm. Sciences from a reputable university
8-10 years export and sales experience preferably in steel industry
Strong analytical skills, effective communication and negotiation skills
Result-oriented, customer focused and self-motivated
Ability to manage a young and energetic team in a high stress environment
A committed team leader as well as a team player, ability to develop and coach
Experience in ERP systems is an asset
Fluent in English
