We are looking for a Sales Manager who takes ownership of sales growth, not someone who merely supervises daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute sales strategies in international freight and forwarding services
- Develop target markets and manage key B2B accounts
- Lead and evaluate the sales team based on defined revenue objectives
- Conduct commercial negotiations and finalize contracts
- Collaborate closely with operations and commercial teams to ensure sales commitments are delivered
- Analyze market trends, forecast sales, and own the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure
- Ensure structured and effective use of CRM systems
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant B2B sales experience
- Proven experience in leading or managing a sales team with measurable results
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Practical knowledge of international transportation processes and Incoterms
- Ability to plan sales activities, set targets, forecast revenue, and analyze performance
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Working knowledge of CRM systems and Excel
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in international freight or forwarding industry
- FIATA certification
