The objective of the role:
● Identify and sell equipment required by the construction industry, especially fixing systems, and provide related technical and specialized services.
Responsibilities:
● Communicate with experts and construction project managers in order to achieve sales goals.
● Solve customer problems regarding installed or sold equipment.
● Provide technical solutions to customers to reduce costs and improve the quality of their construction projects.
● Follow and execute the sales process in order to ensure that customer needs are met and sales goals are met.
● Perform structural calculations required to select and propose a suitable anchor in the customer structure.
● Direct Manager: Executive Manager.
● Probation period: 3 Months.
Requirements
● Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering majoring in Structure or Earthquake.
● Have at least three years in a related field of work.
● Fluent in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
● Ability to communicate effectively with customers.
● Mastery of Civil Engineering software such as ETABS, SAP, and AutoCAD.
● Familiarity with sales techniques.
● Familiarity with the design of construction joints.
● Familiarity with consulting companies and construction contractors.
● Knowledge of analysis and design of structural joints is an advantage.
● Ability to conduct technical negotiations.
● Consistent and result-oriented.
● Interested in customer presence and applied knowledge.
● Interested in selling construction industry equipment.
● Ability to work in a team or individually in an efficient manner.
