Job Description

Receive orders along with the list of related SOs from the sales team and deliver to the production team and the logistics team for production, distribution and delivery to customers
Make the necessary arrangements to receive orders after production from the meat processing warehouse and deliver it to the logistics team for distribution
Receive purchase invoices from the meat processing company and register POs while receiving orders from the meat processing warehouse
Receive POs according to the delivered weights to the logistics team
Register pick related to SOs according to the weights delivered to logistics
Receive customer delivery receipts from the logistics team after distribution
Register pack related to SOs according to customer delivery receipts received from logistics
Control the loss of delivered orders and provide relevant reports
Provide necessary documents to the purchasing accounting team to issue purchase invoices and send necessary documents to the sales accounting team to issue sales invoices

Required knowledge and skills:

Familiar with purchasing, sales and warehouse processes and administrative affairs
Familiar with reporting and providing necessary information in the form of compiled reports
Good public relations
Accurate and organized
