-Identify and evaluate the needs of customers and offer to improve the quantity and quality of products
-Identify the concept and role of CRM in marketing
-Identify the principles and techniques of negotiation
-Prepare a sales price offer (invoice) and send it to the customer
-Managing the technical relationship between customers and the company in relation to purchasing and the job under the enterprise
-Carrying out the necessary studies before concluding the contract in order to ensure the ability to comprehensively meet the demands of the organization’s customers and its profitability
-Collaborate with other employees of the marketing and sales in necessity
-Request the goods from the warehouse and send it to the customer in coordination with the sales manager
-Receive customer’s financial documents and deliver to the financial unit
-Cooperation in handling internal and foreign exhibitions
-Preparation of statistical reports in the form of Excel and PowerPoint
-Adjust marketing plan and sales strategy in the field of sales activities
Requirements
-4 or 5 years of sales experience
-Having spirit of discussion
-Facing with tensions and stress
-Having accuracy and discipline
-Good manners and appearance
-Having the power of convincing and influencing the audience
-Having spirit of cooperation and teamwork
-Loyalty to commitments
-Knowledge of customer relationship techniques
-Ability to recognize customer needs and provide effective solutions
-Ability to use computer, fluent in Microsoft Office
-Ideal Age Range: Maximum 30 years old
