Job Description & Responsibilities
* Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting and purchasing products.
* Present products, explain their features and benefits, and provide accurate information to customers.
* Respond professionally and courteously to customer inquiries and follow up on their requests.
* Process sales transactions, issue accurate invoices, and handle payments.
* Arrange, organize, display, and price products on shelves.
* Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages to the relevant supervisor.
* Maintain cleanliness, organization, and a professional appearance throughout the store.
* Check product expiration dates and conditions when applicable.
* Collaborate with team members to improve sales performance and enhance customer satisfaction.
* Comply with store policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
