About the job:
As a New Business Sales Account Executive for Hampar, you'll play a key role in helping our business grow. In this role, your mission will be to cultivate and develop relationships with businesses in the PVC industry. You will build and manage a pipeline of customers working towards strategic objectives and be responsible for collaborating with a number of internal stakeholders to optimize the success of these customers.
Responsibilities:
● Build a pipeline of business by proactively identifying and initiating relationships with new customers.
● Acquire high-value business agreements.
● Consult with customers and our technical team to identify product solutions.
● Deliver against strategic goals, while prioritizing and delivering an outstanding experience to Hampar’s clients.
Requirements
Minimum qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
● Experience in stakeholder and customer management.
● Experience in building a pipeline through prospecting and cold-calling customers.
● Ability to think strategically about challenges and to develop recommendations and action plans.
● Excellent communication and influencing skills.
● Ability to speak and write in English and Farsi fluently.
Preferred qualifications:
● Experience in the PVC industry.
