Providing monthly sales outlook and weekly reporting on realized sales and risks ahead.
Effective communication and follow up on customers’ urgent requests.
Active participation in S&OP sessions and providing inputs (monthly, and12-month rolling forecast).
Monitoring and managing inventory level according to company policies.
Measuring service level and delivery deviations (OTIF).
Daily follow up of internal activities like issuing invoices, order intake and backlog reports; issuing insurance documents; entering orders, forecast, and sales data in internal documents, ERP System, and governmental portals.
Conduct satisfaction surveys and follow up on action plans to increase customers’ satisfaction.
