Job Description

The company active in the sales and distribution of cosmetic products is looking for an experienced sales assistant to lead and develop the sales team. This role includes overseeing sales strategies and market growth, along with detailed analysis of sales data and budget management and sales planning.

Responsibilities:
- Leading and managing the sales team to achieve sales goals
- Development and implementation of sales strategies to increase market share
- Analyzing sales data and providing analytical reports to improve performance
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers
- Developing sales channels and identifying new opportunities in the market
- Facilitating negotiations and key contracts to optimize sales conditions
- Supervise budgeting and planning to ensure the efficiency of sales expenses

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, management, industrial engineering
- Appropriate work experience in leading and managing sales teams
- Strong skills in market development and sales strategies
