Sales and Marketing Manager

Job Description

- Job Location: Isfahan - Objective: Sales and Marketing Manager Main responsibilities: - Execution of sales strategy developed by marketing department to ensure achieving company sales goals and profitability. - Managing and motivating a sales group to increase sales and ensure efficiency - Analyzing sales figures and forecasting future sales - Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options. - Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions. - Using information technology to record sales figures, for data analysis and forward planning; - Resolving health and safety, legal and security issues; - Analyzing and responding to customer complaints and comments; - Attending and chairing meetings; - Updating colleagues on business performance, new initiatives and other pertinent issues; - Touring the sales floor regularly, talking to colleagues and customers, and identifying or resolving urgent issues; - Maintaining awareness of market trends in the retail industry, understanding forthcoming customer initiatives and monitoring what local competitors are doing; - Strong Customer support focus, with continuous improvement approach. - Understanding 4Ps and being able to anaylise business models to enhance the sales - Being able to transfer business threats to opportunities - Reporting to: Executive Manager - Subordinates: Sales supervisor, Marketing supervisor - Number required: 1 - Duration: more than 2 years contract - Desired start date: first of November - Probation: 1 month - Working hours: 10 - Travel requirements: No - Gross monthly base salary: Agreeable - Commission / Bonus: Based on sales
