We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth.

Job Description:
* Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.
* Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to maximize performance. (KPI)
* Build and maintain strong relationships with dentists, dental clinics, and key accounts.
* Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
* Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
* Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
* Collaborate with marketing and other departments to support business objectives.
* Ensure the achievement of sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
* Minimum 5 years of sales experience, including at least 2 years in a sales management role.
* Experience in the dental, medical device, or healthcare industry; dental implant experience is highly preferred.
* Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
* Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
* Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills in both written and spoken English.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

* Established network within the dental industry.
* Experience in managing distributors and key accounts.
* Ability to travel as required.
