Sales and Marketing Manager

Job Description

We at Cycas Faraber Company are recruiting an experienced and experienced sales manager to accompany us with his expertise and experience.

Responsibilities:


• Determining sales goals for sales forces in accordance with company plans.
• Leading and fully supervising the activities of the sales team in order to achieve the set sales goals.
• Reporting the performance of the sales team and planning to achieve targets and goals.
• Market analysis and identification of new business opportunities.
• Recruiting, hiring and continuous development of the sales team.
• Provide guidance and training to sales team members.
• Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with key clients by holding face-to-face meetings to develop and maintain relationships with them.
• Continuous and useful cooperation with other company units.
• Investigating, creating and developing relationships with foreign and domestic business partners.

Qualifying conditions:

Having a bachelor's degree, preferably in related fields.
At least five years of related management experience (shipping and international transportation is an advantage).
Leadership, problem solving, crisis management, planning and time management skills.
Proficient in negotiation techniques and meeting management.
Excellent command of English (business correspondence and conversation).
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook.

working hours
• Saturday to Wednesday: 8:30 to 16:30
• Thursday: 8:30 to 13:00
