Description of duties • Design, establishment and management of industrial equipment project sales system • Management and development of the sales team (sales experts and project sales support) • Sales funnel management from opportunity identification to contract signing • Supervising the formulation and presentation of technical-financial proposals in cooperation with the engineering department • Planning, monitoring and realizing sales goals based on projects and target markets • Market analysis and identification of sales opportunities in water and sewage, mining and oil and gas industries • Controlling the pricing process and discount policies within the framework of the company's policies • Preparation and monitoring of sales reports, sales forecasts and project status
Technical and specialized requirements • Familiarity with project sales of industrial equipment, pumps or process equipment • Understanding the structure of RFQ, technical-financial proposal and decision cycle of industrial projects • Ability to analyze technical factors affecting the price of equipment (such as material, capacity/flow rate, working conditions and type of fluid) • Experience interacting with employers, consultants and contractors of industrial projects
Eligibility conditions • At least 5 to 8 years of related work experience in industrial equipment sales or project sales • At least 2 years of experience in the role of supervisor or sales management • Experience in infrastructure or process industries is an advantage • Preferred age range: 30 to 40 years
