*Description
Sana Insulation Industrial Group, as a leading and innovative private industrial company, is in search of an experienced, purposeful and result -oriented sales manager in the field of producing a variety of air conditioning and installations with over 20 years of experience in developing market and promoting its sales performance. This position includes planning, guidance and training of the sales team, developing market share strategies, and so on.

*Responsibilities:
-Developing and implementing sales strategies in line with the company's big goals.
-Leadership and guidance of the sales team.
-Recruitment, training, performance evaluation, motivation of the sales team.
-Market analysis, competitors and customer behavior to identify new opportunities.
-Determining sales goals, budgeting and pursuing monthly and seasonal goals.
-Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and sales representatives.
-Preparing analytical reports for senior management.
-Close cooperation with production and financial units for integration of sales performance.
-Attending Tehran and other provinces, related business meetings and negotiations.
-Find new customers and maintain current customers.
-Walk-to-board negotiations with key customers.
-Identifying market opportunities and developing organizational and project customers network.
*Skills and competencies required:
• Full mastery of the principles and techniques of industrial negotiation and sales (B2B)
• Successful experience in managing sales teams and targeting in similar industries
• Ability to formulate sales and market data analysis and market analysis
• Introduction to CRM and sales reporting software
• Leadership, communication and solving a strong problem
• Introduction to pricing principles, contracts and management of key accounts
• Education preferably in the fields of management, industrial engineering, mechanics or relevant
• Ability to analyze market and formulate operating plans
• with a morale of follow -up, work order, high public relations and the ability to make decisions in different situations


*Conditions:
-At least 10 years of effective and successful experience in managing sales teams.
-Minimum undergraduate degree in business management, marketing, mechanical engineering, facilities or related disciplines.
