Manage all marketing for the pharmacy company and activities within the marketing department
Develop the marketing strategy for the pharmacy company in line with company objectives.
Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities.
Oversee the company’s marketing budget.
Plan and implement promotional campaigns.
Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.
Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity.
Prepare online marketing campaigns.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing communications.
Work closely with design agencies and assist with new product launches.
Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
Design and manage appealing campaigns on social channels to increase brand affinity and customer loyalty to the brand.
Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects.
Participate in forming a high-level road -map of branding advertisement and communicating the marketing mix.
Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaigns' overall performance
Plan and manage our social media platforms.
Design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing department including our marketing, database, email, and display advertising campaigns.
Report directly.
Requirements
Master’s degree in Marketing, Industrial Engineering with work experience in the marketing department of a pharmaceutical company; a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering is a plus.
5 years of experience in management; 10 years of experience in marketing.
Strong analytical and project management skills.
Excellent skills in Excel and statistical data.
In-depth knowledge of various digital tools, social media platforms, best practices, and Website analytics.
