Job Description

  • Manage all marketing for the pharmacy company and activities within the marketing department
  • Develop the marketing strategy for the pharmacy company in line with company objectives.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities.
  • Oversee the company’s marketing budget.
  • Plan and implement promotional campaigns.
  • Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.
  • Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity.
  • Prepare online marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing communications.
  • Work closely with design agencies and assist with new product launches.
  • Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
  • Design and manage appealing campaigns on social channels to increase brand affinity and customer loyalty to the brand.
  • Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects.
  • Participate in forming a high-level road -map of branding advertisement and communicating the marketing mix.
  • Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
  • Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaigns' overall performance
  • Plan and manage our social media platforms.
  • Design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing department including our marketing, database, email, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Report directly.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Industrial Engineering with work experience in the marketing department of a pharmaceutical company; a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering is a plus.
  • 5 years of experience in management; 10 years of experience in marketing.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Excellent skills in Excel and statistical data.
  • In-depth knowledge of various digital tools, social media platforms, best practices, and Website analytics.
