Research and Development Manager

Job Description

• Design and manage interdisciplinary research projects in humanities, economics, and development.
• Formulate and implement study strategies.
• Analyze data and present scientific and executive reports.
• Collaborate with domestic and foreign teams for interdisciplinary research.
• Manage and supervise the research team and plan projects.
• Publish results in scientific journals and present at conferences.

Requirements:

• Master's or PhD degree from a reputable university.
• At least ten years of relevant experience in research fields.
• Proficient in qualitative and quantitative methods and analysis tools (SPSS, NVivo, Excel).
• Experience in publishing ISI-accredited books and articles.
• Skill in writing scientific reports and presenting results.
• Ability to interact professionally with scientific teams and institutions.
• Fluent in English.
