Research and Development Manager

Job Description

The Head of Local R&D Team is responsible for leading and enabling the innovation, adaptation and development of products tailored to local consumer needs and aligned with strategies. This role ensures that products meet regulatory, safety, cost, and quality standards while driving scientific excellence and fostering a high-performance, cross-functional innovation culture.

Requirements:

• Fluent English
• Master's or PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• 10 years of progressive R&D experience in the FMCG sector, including leadership roles.
• Proven track record of launching successful consumer products.
• Experience in managing cross-functional projects and leading technical teams.
• Strong knowledge of local regulatory environment and product safety standards.
