Lead the field sales organization and is accountable for the execution of channel and customer plans at store level-and in regional distribution.
Responsible for store coverage/route plan/call procedures and execution of the Picture of Success (Range, Promotion, merchandising, store assets/chillers.
Achievement of sales volume target by region and branch, recruitment, training and development of the field sales organization.
Responsible to develop and maintain customers with main objective of delivering best outcomes.
*Business Context & Key Challenges: • Direct sales and distribution (Hot and Cold Sales) • Ability to manage sales for low shelf-life dairy products • Follow up and responsive actions with subordinates • Strategic sales planning • Managing human resources • Ability to work under pressure • Ability to negotiate and deliver sales through local distributors as indirect channel
*Key Accountabilities: • Achievement of sales volume targets • Lead subordinate team for commission and SFI achievements • Lead ASM, SSV and PMD in respected region to drive company plans • Develop and maintain team motivation with main objective of achieving company’s goals • Leading sales field forces and monitor their performance on a routine basis
*KPIs: • Ensuring effectiveness in sales growth • Analyzing sales trends and identifying risk areas • Following up on the continuity of employee training • Achieving regional targets both direct and indirect sales • Conducting competitor activity analysis • Providing consultation on promotional programs to increase shelf share
