Job Description

*Purpose of the Role:

  • Lead the field sales organization and is accountable for the execution of channel and customer plans at store level-and in regional distribution.
  • Responsible for store coverage/route plan/call procedures and execution of the Picture of Success (Range, Promotion, merchandising, store assets/chillers.
  • Achievement of sales volume target by region and branch, recruitment, training and development of the field sales organization.
  • Responsible to develop and maintain customers with main objective of delivering best outcomes.


*Business Context & Key Challenges:
• Direct sales and distribution (Hot and Cold Sales)
• Ability to manage sales for low shelf-life dairy products
• Follow up and responsive actions with subordinates
• Strategic sales planning
• Managing human resources
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to negotiate and deliver sales through local distributors as indirect channel

*Key Accountabilities:
• Achievement of sales volume targets
• Lead subordinate team for commission and SFI achievements
• Lead ASM, SSV and PMD in respected region to drive company plans
• Develop and maintain team motivation with main objective of achieving company’s goals
• Leading sales field forces and monitor their performance on a routine basis

*KPIs:
• Ensuring effectiveness in sales growth
• Analyzing sales trends and identifying risk areas
• Following up on the continuity of employee training
• Achieving regional targets both direct and indirect sales
• Conducting competitor activity analysis
• Providing consultation on promotional programs to increase shelf share
