Coordinate with the marketing department, especially to create a list of potential customers. Monitor performance and control deviations from regional targets. Monitor and control the amount of sediment in the region. Monitor and control the collection of regional receivables and resolve financial discrepancies of subsidiary agencies. Monitor and control the amount of complaints in the region. Monitor regional operational centers with the aim of controlling SLA. Holding negotiation meetings with customers to conclude agreements *Requirements: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Industrial Engineering or other related fields. Skilled in team leadership, sales planning, negotiation and market analysis Mastery of distribution structure, consumer behavior and importance in sales Results-oriented, agile and familiar with regional market challenges Strong negotiation and customer communication skills Ability to develop sales and marketing strategies At least 10 years of work experience
