
Job Description
Duties and responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of sales strategy in the Iraqi market according to the company's goals
- Development and management of distribution network, sales representatives and local agents
- Identifying new market opportunities, projects and potential customers in Iraq
- Negotiating and signing contracts with key customers (Key Accounts)
- Market analysis, competitors, prices and sales trends in the region
- Planning and achieving monthly and annual sales goals
- Monitoring the performance of the sales team and regional representatives
- Managing the sales process from pre-sale to delivery and collection of claims
- Continuous cooperation with marketing, logistics, financial and production units
- Attending exhibitions, tenders and business meetings related to the Iraqi market
- Preparing and presenting periodic sales reports to senior management
- Ensuring compliance with Iraqi commercial, customs and local regulations
✅ Qualification conditions
- Minimum bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, sales management or related fields
- MBA or specialized sales courses (considered an advantage)
- At least 2-3 years of sales management experience in the Iraqi market
- Mastering the principles of sales, negotiation and contract management
- Getting to know the business culture, market structure and business practices of Iraq
- Ability to analyze the market and develop a sales strategy
- The ability to travel to Iraq
