Job Description

We are looking for an experienced, committed, and results-oriented Regional Manager who can take responsibility for overseeing branch performance within a designated region and play an effective role in improving productivity and market development.

Responsibilities:

Monitor the performance of branches in the region and ensure the achievement of sales and operational targets
Analyze regional data and provide periodic reports to senior management
Lead and develop sales and operations teams
Identify market opportunities and implement development strategies
Effective collaboration with different departments to achieve organizational goals
Manage the regional budget and optimize costs

Qualifications:

English proficiency (B1 level)
Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience, preferably in sales
Strong leadership, communication, and independent decision-making skills
Full familiarity with data analysis tools and reporting
Critical thinking and crisis management skills
Willingness to travel within the region
