Role & Responsibilities: • Leading and managing the talent acquisition team and enhancing team performance • Planning and overseeing the full recruitment cycle, from needs assessment to final selection • Designing and standardizing hiring processes with a focus on continuous improvement • Working closely with department managers to analyze hiring needs and develop accurate job descriptions • Screening resumes, conducting behavioral and technical interviews, and participating in final decision-making • Managing talent sourcing channels and expanding professional networks for more effective hiring • Monitoring and analyzing recruitment data and preparing management reports (time to hire, conversion rates, etc.) • Overseeing the candidate experience and strengthening the employer brand throughout all hiring stages
Skills & Requirements: • Minimum of 4–6 years of experience in recruitment, with a background in team supervision or leadership • Proficiency in structured interviewing methods and competency-based assessments • Ability to manage multiple job openings simultaneously and prioritize effectively • Strong professional communication and cross-functional collaboration skills • Proficiency in ATS and HR-related tools • Data-driven mindset, organizational awareness, and strong decision-making abilities
