Maintaining an up-to-date tracking system for recruitment actions, from the point of receiving the request to hire to filling the position.
Overseeing on-boarding and off-boarding for recruits, including updating hiring documentation, ensuring background checks/transcripts are complete, and conducting exit interviews.
Providing administrative support to the Recruitment Manager as needed.
Collect data on cost per hire and time-to-hire.
conduct pre screen interviews to analyze candidate experience and fit, coordinate pre-employment tests as needed, and develop a short list of potential candidates.
Create and publish job ads in various portals.
Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles (junior, senior).
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Liaise between new hires and human resources, ensuring submission of all documentation required.

• Ability to travel, if requested, to the field offices.
Education and Experience Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree, or relevant equivalent experience plus a minimum of 2 years related professional experience, preferably in a full life cycle.
• Knowledge of HR and employment laws is strongly preferred
• Experience searching for candidates with executive, professional and technical expertise is preferred
