Determine applicants’ qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing applicant qualifications to job requirements.
Conduct different interview methods such as behavioral, group, and panel interviews.
Consult and support hiring managers to recruit the best available talents for vacant positions.
Conduct assessment centers and be aware of various psychological tests required for recruitment.
Utilize social media, job boards, internet sourcing, networking, career fairs, staffing firms, and other means to source candidates for open jobs and future needs.
Analyze the recruitment agencies' performance, cost per hire, and time to hire, and recommend changes and improvements.
Contribute to identifying future talent needs a plan and proactively recruiting and sourcing
Prepare documentation for the hiring process.
Prepare monthly and annual hiring and HR planning reports.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Human Resources Management, or Psychology.
At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory level of recruitment (preferred to be familiar with the pharmaceutical industry).
Knowledge of competency-based interviews and different recruitment methods and practices.
Excellent interpersonal savvy and networking abilities.
Strong attention to detail, and analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
