Job Description

  • Determine applicants’ qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing applicant qualifications to job requirements.
  • Conduct different interview methods such as behavioral, group, and panel interviews.
  • Consult and support hiring managers to recruit the best available talents for vacant positions.
  • Conduct assessment centers and be aware of various psychological tests required for recruitment.
  • Utilize social media, job boards, internet sourcing, networking, career fairs, staffing firms, and other means to source candidates for open jobs and future needs.
  • Analyze the recruitment agencies' performance, cost per hire, and time to hire, and recommend changes and improvements.
  • Contribute to identifying future talent needs a plan and proactively recruiting and sourcing
  • Prepare documentation for the hiring process.
  • Prepare monthly and annual hiring and HR planning reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Human Resources Management, or Psychology.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory level of recruitment (preferred to be familiar with the pharmaceutical industry).
  • Knowledge of competency-based interviews and different recruitment methods and practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal savvy and networking abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail, and analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in English.
