● Prepare and present the monthly work of the personnel.
● Participate in labor department meetings as a representative of the employer and present documents.
● Provide services related to social security insurance.
● Coordinate and follow up on the issuance of traffic cards and presentations to personnel.
● Prepare and present reports in the field of human resources.
● File documents related to the operation and settlement of personnel accounts.
● Review and report on the status of human resources contractors.
● Internal and external correspondence.
● Respond to personnel requests and solve administrative and personnel problems (face-to-face-telephone).
Requirements
● Getting to know the recruitment and hiring process.
● Familiarity with the laws of labor administration and human resources contracting.
● Familiarity with social security laws.
● Familiar with the topics of "human resources management", "office affairs" and "laws (employment and labor laws)".
● Ability to "read and understand" English texts.
● Ability to use SPSS, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
