- Receiving manpower requests based on organizational chart - Preparing job posts - Choosing best recruitment channels to post a job - Screening received resumes and conducting phone/in-person interviews - Participating in job analysis and classification - Participating in design and improvement of competency model.

Requirements

- Age: 29 - 35 years old - At least 5 years experience. - Bachelor's degree in psychology, sociology, consulting / Master's degree in human resource management or MBA. - Considerable knowledge in competency model and CBI.
