● Writing job descriptions and posting job opportunities on the IranTalent website.
● Determining applicant qualifications by phone interviewing, analyzing responses, and comparing qualifications to job requirements.
● Arranging interviews by coordinating schedules, and participating in face-to-face interviews with managers.
● Preparing job offers, sending them to select candidates, and applying for reference checks.
● Onboarding new hired.
Requirements
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management.
● More than two years of related experience as a recruiter.
● Capable of introducing the job and company values to potential candidates.
● Hands-on experience with various selection processes (e.g. CV screening, Interviewing).
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Attention to detail.
● Strong decision-making and analyzing skills.
● Good listening skills.
● Smart and fast learner.
● Fluent in English.
