•Full knowledge of legal requirements, standards, and regulations related to the food industry (both domestic and international) and ensuring R&D activities comply with these requirements. •Developing the R&D strategy and operational plans aligned with the company's overall objectives and participating in the annual budgeting process. •Continuously analyzing domestic and export markets, monitoring industry trends, and identifying product development opportunities in collaboration with the marketing and sales departments. •Designing and developing new product formulations and improving existing products to enhance competitiveness and profitability. •Planning and managing sensory panel tests and analyzing results to optimize product formulations. •Optimizing product formulations and production processes to reduce costs, improve quality, and increase efficiency. •Analyzing production data (customer complaints, waste, and non-conformities) and implementing corrective actions related to formulation or production processes. •Recording process performance indicators within defined time intervals and analyzing possible causes of deviations. •Collaborating effectively with the Quality Control department to define technical specifications and quality parameters for raw materials and finished products. •Working with the Procurement department to identify new suppliers when necessary and following up until results are achieved. •Collaborating with the Production department to transfer technical knowledge and ensure correct implementation of formulations. •Coordinating with the Warehouse department to establish appropriate storage and transportation conditions for raw materials and finished products. •Working with the Finance department to calculate the cost of new products. •Preparing periodic analytical reports for management and recommending improvement actions
