Job Description

● Reporting to: R&D Manager. ● Developing formulations of hygienic, skincare and haircare products. ● Planning and executing new projects. ● Finding new raw materials to improve the quality of the company's products. ● Searching related resources and websites. ● Performing R&D project activities by collecting, recording, maintaining and reporting scientific data. ● Conducting product tests.

Requirements

● At least Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related fields. ● Minimum 3 years of experience as R&D expert. ● Familiar with raw materials used in the cosmetic & hygienic industry and their properties. ● Familiar with product development process. ● Familiar with project management skills. ● Creative, self-motivated and capable of working in a team. ● High proficiency in reporting. ● Academic skills in searching, analyzing and reviewing related articles. ● Strong documentation, organization, troubleshooting and time management skills.
