Research and Development (R&D) Specialist

Job Description

Requirements:
• Master’s or PhD degree in Organic Chemistry from a reputable university
• Age: 26 to 35 years
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in an R&D department
• Ability to work overtime and on holidays if required
• Willingness to travel and supervise developed projects

Skills and Competencies:
• Proficiency in the synthesis of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs)
• Strong knowledge of purification methods for pharmaceutical compounds
• Ability to analyze spectra, including:
o NMR
o IR
o Mass Spectrometry
• Strong understanding of organic synthesis techniques
• Skilled in scientific literature search and data extraction
• Familiarity with quality requirements for pharmaceutical active ingredients
• Basic knowledge of HPLC data analysis
• Intermediate proficiency in English
